Barking up the wrong tree

The life and thoughts of the guy who remembers all the wrong things.

Name:
Location: Clemson, South Carolina, United States

I recently graduated from Clemson University with a degree in Civil Engineering. This job market has kept me unemployed so far. I'm a former Marine and a combat veteran. I read a ridiculously large number of webcomics, though I like printed books too. And if you know any good Korean-specific racial slurs, please let me know.

The Goodness of Days

In an amazing bit of fortune, I had two good days in a row. Monday was one of the best days I can remember and Tuesday was a good day all around.
The thing is, neither one had anything big. I did some school work, I talked to some people, I learned some things, and I called my grandmother (need to give her a link to this). Both days were difficult to distinguish from a more normal day (such as today), yet they were good days.
Maybe because I got to help people both days. And that things went basically right for me. And that I got to entertain my sense of irony. Or maybe it was something else.
I don't know for certain what made those days so good, other than my perception of them as good days. Maybe I'll never know. Maybe my perception was the only real thing.
Bah! Enough philosophical mumbo-jumbo. The days were good and that is all that matters.
May good days fall upon you.
